The short version
Extra virgin olive oils (including chilli-infused varieties), tapenade, jams and marmalades, real bread and ice cream, made on Ashworth Road just off the Great Southern Highway.
Their Jarrah Honey ice cream has taken out best in show at the Perth Royal Show, and they've been contract-pressing olives on their Pieralisi press since 2002.
The factory shop and cellar door are open weekends and public holidays, or by appointment.
